9/5/2023 - STR Update to County Council A recording of the update presentation can be viewed here.

5/17/2023 - Draft STR Program is available for public review & comment  Public comments will be accepted through June 17th, 2023. View the draft Program and submit your questions or comments here.

3/26/2023 - Public Survey #1 has ended

2/22/2023 - Public Survey #1 is available! The first project public survey is now available at livehostvisitlac.org/surveys or at the Municipal Building, 1000 Central Avenue, Los Alamos, at either 1) the 311 Helpdesk, or 2) the Community Development Department Lobby. Please take the survey to share your thoughts about short-term rentals in Los Alamos County. The survey can be completed through Friday, March 24th (paper) or Sunday, March 26th (online).

2/22/2023 - Public Meeting #1  The first project public meeting was held at the Council Chambers. The presentation slides used during the meeting and a summary of the meeting's discussions can be found here.
